Hi Paul,

Because the formdata folders are all of type nt:unstructured and not
type hippostd:folder (or a derivative of that), that's going to be non
trivial. All authenticator users are be default allowed to read and
write nt:unstructured nodes. There might be an option to restrict
access to the hst:formdata nodes, which should give you about the same
amount of security. To do the latter you have to in the console:

- add a securitydomain (hippo:domain) in hippo:configuration/hippo:domains
- add a domainrule (hippo:domainrule) in the securitydomain
- add a facetrule (hippo:facetrule) in the domainrule with:
--- hippo:filter false
--- hippo:facet jcr:primaryType
--- hippo:type Name
--- hippo:value hst:formdata
--- hippo:equals true

Now hit save and login to the cms (again as admin). Go to the admin
panel -> privileges. Click on your newly selected domain and add
readwrite permissions to your user.
