What happens when you delete all folders that start with:
C:\[userfolders]\AppData\Local\Temp\Jetty_*
and then start up again?

I understood that the error you got can only occur in a situation where
you're mixing old Wicket jars with a newer CMS version. Maybe it helps to
clean your local cached files (like the ones above). Otherwise - I have no
clue.
